      Totally not the way I wanted to end this challenge……Google killed my site!

      But because of the all the work with AI and really pushing what it could do, it’s actually made me want to use it less. I now really see the value in authentic content.

      2216 total sessions
      3219 total pageviews
      1397 organic search sessions
      GSC= 1.24k clicks
      made $6.48 on AdSense 🙂

      Can’t wait to see how the new google update affects the sites! (Of course I am hopeful, but you never know….)

      58 new articles in Jan
      still in the slow time, so I am pretty happy I still had about 2k pageviews considering they were all for stuff that happened 2 months ago. Hopefully Feb & March will hit well, but that is the risk with a seasonal site!

      137 articles total
      6,267 organic search
      7.08k clicks in GSC

      *please note that organic search is by users not sessions and this looks confusing*

      Ok progress this month, it didn’t beat last month but that is a gamble with seasonal content. Sometimes it increases month over month, and sometimes it falls!

      I was initially afraid of the “tech” needed to build a website and it prevented me from starting years earlier. Thankfully everything can be taught and learned! 🙂
