<p>They discuss the SEO landscape right now and their experience working with clients, the niche site model and whether or not it still works, and the importance of building a brand.</p>



<p>One member spoke about a new site she’d like to launch and the other members offered lots of ideas and suggestions.</p>

<p>All right, everyone. Welcome. Um, I am personally going to have to leave 30 minutes early, but the call is welcome to, uh, you know, continue without me. I&#8217;ll just assign someone who&#8217;s available or someone willing, just the host. And you know, when I leave, there won&#8217;t be a problem. Uh, that said, thanks for joining y&#8217;all.</p>



<p>Um, I&#8217;ve seen all y&#8217;all here before, so y&#8217;all know the drill, uh, no agenda. We can bring up anything and everything. We don&#8217;t have to just be talking about pickleball the whole meeting.</p>



<p>All right, um Brooks, what are you working on nowadays? I don&#8217;t see you participating as much in the email challenge. So so So I um, I do see you actually in there. Sorry. No, that&#8217;s okay. That&#8217;s okay. Uh, yeah, I need to update that dude I just bought I just bought an email newsletter. Um, I I went to a I went to a friends event this past week You As like a favor.</p>



<p>I was like, Hey, look, man, I&#8217;m missing, I&#8217;m missing a very important call. And it was a, it was with John. So it was the group, the group newsletter call. I was like, if you really want me there, I&#8217;ll be there to support you. He was like, yeah, man, it&#8217;d be really helpful. So anyways. Um, yeah. So, so I missed that. Um, Yeah, so I just got reached out to, it just dawned on me, it was a complete stranger basically.</p>



<p>But it was in the Beehive Slack, so if you&#8217;re on Beehive there&#8217;s like a Slack, um, there&#8217;s a Slack group, um, with like different channels and stuff, so I think a guy sent me a message from that and he was looking to sell his, his newsletter, um, it ended up being Newsletters because he&#8217;s like, he like ran a bunch of ads and was like starting.</p>



<p>He was like spinning off these smaller newsletters in the same exact thing. He kind of thought if he like diversified his ads, like he would be able to get beehive ads on there faster or something. I&#8217;m not really sure what he was thinking, but, um, yeah. So I just snagged a newsletter from him. And so now it&#8217;s something I&#8217;ll like talk about in my email newsletter.</p>



<p>Cause it&#8217;s like another project for me to like talk about, about growing this, um, this email newsletter. Um, I think If things go well, I think it would like break even in like maybe nine ish months. Um, so to me it was like a no brainer to like give it a, give it a go. Um, And it wasn&#8217;t like, it wasn&#8217;t like a million dollars or anything.</p>



<p>So I didn&#8217;t, I didn&#8217;t have to like take out a, take out a loan per se to like buy this, buy this newsletter. Um, yeah. How big is the list? If you don&#8217;t mind. Uh, yeah. So the primary one is 10, 000. Um, It&#8217;s 10, 000 people. And then the other smaller ones that I bought that I&#8217;m like trying to figure out how to integrate them into the same newsletter, cause it&#8217;s literally the same topic.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s like remote work opportunities. Like, uh, so the other ones are like 3000, 2000 and maybe another 3000. So, um, do it now. He&#8217;s been busy getting these lists. Yeah. Yeah. He like. Yeah, he showed me, now, unless there&#8217;s something I don&#8217;t know, like, I take everyone for face value online, I do my best due diligence, and then I, and then I just trust you, and then I, I take a, I take action.</p>



<p>Yeah, unless there&#8217;s something weird about the list, but he, um, no, he ran, like, TikTok ads and, um, and Twitter ads to, like, to, like, grow the, to, like, grow the newsletter. Um, and then I think, I think he just got stretched then cause he&#8217;s trying to like, he&#8217;s trying to grow an app and some other things. And he&#8217;s like, yeah, I just need to like, he&#8217;s, I think this is like more than I thought it would be or something.</p>



<p>So. Well, okay. I&#8217;m not as familiar with like TikTok and Twitter ads. Is it, do they have either? I know with like Facebook, like there&#8217;s two ways you can run like ads to grow your, your newsletter. One is like you run an ad to your landing page. They go to your landing page and sign up. Right. Okay. The other one is they can, just while on the Facebook platform, fill in their information and subscribe or like give you their email that way.</p>



<p>Yeah. And this was kind of actually talked about on the dike John Dykstra call. I know we, we kind of had a snafu with the recording. Uh, we&#8217;re going to fix that. But if you listen to that, we talk about that a little bit about how John has used both. And, um, usually the idea, the belief is that the quality of emails and subscribers is better when they have to go to the landing page and put in their info as opposed to just filling it out on platform because it&#8217;s like an additional step.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s like more intentional. And the reason I bring this up is because, you know, I don&#8217;t know anything like you said about TikTok and Twitter ads, but like if they have a similar function, um, how were those emails like, you know, acquired, um, because that could affect, uh, you know, deliverability and engagement, et cetera.</p>



<p>Uh, so just something to keep in mind. I mean, maybe they only have one option and none of that matters, but yeah, no, that&#8217;s a good. That&#8217;s a good point. Like I, uh, for my local email newsletter, I use the Facebook ad forms. Uh, the main reason why, so like the leads on Facebook and then I, I automate. Pulling them to my newsletter.</p>



<p>The main reason I do that is because I&#8217;m not smart enough to figure out tracking for if I send them to my landing page, how to track the cost per lead. I don&#8217;t, I just don&#8217;t know how to do it. So I was like, well, Facebook, Facebook measures this for me. So let me just keep it the way it is. Um, so I wouldn&#8217;t have any data to say one way or the other, if it&#8217;s a higher quality subscriber, you know what I mean?</p>



<p>I&#8217;m not sure. Yeah. The only way I could think of is if you have like a special page. That only Facebook will, that you&#8217;ll only run ads to like its own form too. And then you just manually calculate, okay, you have 30 signups on this page. It costs you, you know, 60 that&#8217;s 200 or 2 a signup. Right. Um, yeah, then you don&#8217;t need like advanced analytics and like tagging and whatever.</p>



<p>Um, Yeah, I mean, you know what? So I&#8217;m actually I&#8217;m gonna I&#8217;m gonna push back on John&#8217;s thought a little bit. I wish I was on. I wish I could have made that call. I&#8217;m gonna push back just with a thought. Here&#8217;s my thought. Like, um, my thought is, it&#8217;s the same traffic. So the traffic that would take the extra step to fill out the form is also going to fill out the form on Facebook, unless, unless they wouldn&#8217;t.</p>



<p>Right, which that that seems crazy to me if they would click through and take an extra step to fill out I would imagine they would do it right on facebook Uh, well, so potentially yes But not everyone who fills out the form through facebook will go to a landing page and sign up so i&#8217;m fine with that and the reason why i&#8217;m fine with that is because I have like automation in place to like Clean up people over time like if they&#8217;re not if they&#8217;re not a good subscriber like to me a good subscriber is just someone that like Reads the newsletter like I think Yeah.</p>



<p>Um, because yeah, if they&#8217;re not going to open it or something, well then like, yeah, over time they&#8217;ll get like scrubbed off my list anyway. So if, if, if, if that, if that same traffic is going to see my ad either way, I&#8217;m just not sure. I&#8217;m not sure it matters. Uh, or maybe I&#8217;m missing, maybe I&#8217;m missing a part of the, of this math equation.</p>



<p>I mean, I, I think, yeah, long term, maybe it doesn&#8217;t matter, but it might just affect short term. Like numbers, you know, deliverability and stuff. And then I don&#8217;t know how that might affect, like, I mean, I think, but then also like, if you&#8217;re not sure who&#8217;s engaged and who&#8217;s not. because you scrub them over time, you don&#8217;t really understand how much you&#8217;re spending on a lead.</p>



<p>Yep. So, but, but, but I&#8217;m gonna jump in. Those same people that took the extra step to subscribe can also, can also unsubscribe. And, and I don&#8217;t, yeah, I definitely don&#8217;t know how to measure any of that over time. Uh, yeah, that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s fair. Uh, it&#8217;s still very possible. I guess the, the idea is that it would be cleaner, but yeah, I guess there&#8217;s, it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s better ways to have better tracking, but yeah, it&#8217;s beyond, beyond me. I, yeah, I mean, never, never say never, man. I mean, I&#8217;m happy to, I&#8217;m happy to like consistently like change, you know, what I&#8217;m doing and try different things. But yeah, that was just my, that was just my thought back on that.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m like, well, um, and I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t know how the better quality lists and higher open rates. I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t know like how that affects everything. Um, obviously it&#8217;s better. But I don&#8217;t know ultimately how that would affect everything. I guess if we had all the data, then it&#8217;d be easy to make. It&#8217;d be easy to make that decision, right?</p>



<p>Like, if you could fast forward and be like, Oh yeah, um, this will make your newsletter much better. Um, and you can measure it all. So like, then it wouldn&#8217;t, then it would make sense. But you know, you never have all the information. Like, welcome to, welcome to business, I guess. You know? Yeah, yeah, I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t know if there is a definitive way I wouldn&#8217;t be able to, Say, I don&#8217;t know, maybe, maybe people more qualified, more experienced in the call.</p>



<p>Um, yeah, feel free to, um, yeah, if not, I don&#8217;t know. My, my hope is to start a pickleball newsletter, um, try billing out, building that out. So. Cool. I said that would be cool. Yeah. I think there&#8217;s a, you know, growing space. It&#8217;s something that I like and I&#8217;m passionate about. So like, you know, might as well, I know, uh, a buddy who&#8217;s trying to start like a long term like pickleball resort type of thing.</p>



<p>So there could be synergy on that, but I think that&#8217;d be kind of a fun project for me where I haven&#8217;t really worked on my own project in a while. I&#8217;m not really counting the Amazon influencer. Um, I did like a hundred videos there and I made some money, but. Um, yeah, I think that would be something, something fun, man.</p>



<p>What, um, any, anyone feel free, like just interrupt or whatever. I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m literally just like now picking Colin with questions. Colin, what&#8217;s your, um, your, you had, you had niche sites, uh, and you like sold some, right. Um, and then, I don&#8217;t know this or not, but like you and me had actually, like, I look back on my Facebook message or you and me had like cross paths and some messages.</p>



<p>I think like maybe some link. Some like link exchange or something. I just, I found, I found your name. I don&#8217;t know if you recall that or not, but, um, Oh, I do not. Um, yeah, yeah. I&#8217;ve definitely done a number of them through Facebook. Um, yeah, I mean. Yeah, I kind of, uh, got my SEO experience, just kind of self taught doing niche sites.</p>



<p>I had a portfolio, had a team. Um, I sold like my biggest one two years ago, and then I used some of those funds and I said, okay, I&#8217;m going to grow like this batch of new sites. And I didn&#8217;t need it to be profitable, but I needed them to, you know, show some, some growth and they were for a while and then the helpful content update happened and it knocked.</p>



<p>Most of them, at least like my, my top, my, the most, the ones I was like most bullish on and said, okay, I think, I think I&#8217;ll just take like whatever money I made from this and get out and take a break. And, you know, I still do some client stuff, but I wanted a break from my own projects. Like, you know, so, you know, went back, uh, yeah.</p>



<p>Focus more on like client stuff, which is a little more stable, at least for me, um, more predictable, uh, And, uh, you know, just relax a little bit. I find it less stressful than owning niche sites where it&#8217;s like, you kind of have to like stress out about, uh, you know, Google updates happen and stuff. Um, at least niche sites, just like relying on Google traffic.</p>



<p>Um, and then like, you know, I want to buy a house with like my fiance and stuff. So like getting stable income is nice for the loan process. Y&#8217;all, everyone, y&#8217;all know that. Um, yeah, yeah. I think, Just hearing about like email marketing, uh, is, is something very interesting to me where I do, and I&#8217;ve thought about growing like a Pickleball brand for a little bit.</p>



<p>Don&#8217;t know, quite know what that looks like, but I think I&#8217;m either some combination, like I for sure want to do email marketing. I kind of want to get into do like a Pickleball Facebook page too, and see how that goes. Um, but lean more into the email marketing, but the face, the Facebook page might be a little too much if I do both at the same time, so I don&#8217;t know.</p>



<p>Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, I got you. When you, uh, when you say you&#8217;re doing client work, is it all SEO related? Like the agency stuff? Or is it like different stuff? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. All, all like SEO related. Um, yeah. Cool. Yeah. I, that&#8217;s actually like a, a pretty good revenue stream for me too, is I have a couple of, um, agency.</p>



<p>I guess agency clients, I guess I would call them. Um, but like, I find it interesting. It&#8217;s kind of weird to have, um, I&#8217;d be, I&#8217;d be interested to like what everyone&#8217;s thoughts on this is to like, you almost can&#8217;t be an expert. I mean, I guess you can, but it&#8217;s like, it&#8217;s such a moving business right now, like with, with what&#8217;s happening in Google, so it&#8217;s a weird, it&#8217;s a weird place to like, uh, to put yourself as like the expert and this is what a customer needs to do when in reality, like.</p>



<p>Yeah. Yeah. I was curious if you would chime in. Yeah. Cause that&#8217;s like my full time job. I get paid for SEO and like, I tell them like, look, Google&#8217;s broken and we don&#8217;t know what the hell&#8217;s going on. I just kind of like say, because we can do all of the right things and you&#8217;ll see no movement. And it&#8217;s like.</p>



<p>Yeah. The right now are one of the big sites that we&#8217;re trying to work on. Um, and it&#8217;s a potential million multimillion dollar website. And Google has got that tag right on that bitch, like do not rank. And we&#8217;re doing every, you couldn&#8217;t have more EAC. You could not have more. This is a real business. You could not, does not rank, does not show up for things.</p>



<p>It gets one click a day and then zero clicks and then two clicks a day. And then zero clicks. And that it&#8217;s so abnormal, especially for the content we&#8217;re publishing. So. I make it very clear, like, look, all that we&#8217;re doing all of the best practices, but Google, it&#8217;s a Google problem, not an us problem. And I have also some more evidence to back that up.</p>



<p>Uh, I think I mentioned here before that I have on my analytics, one of my other websites that All the search engines love it. Bing and, and DuckDuckGo and Ecos or whatever, they ranked them and it&#8217;s up there and it&#8217;s getting a lot of traffic, like thousands of traffic from those others, 12 clicks from Google.</p>



<p>So yeah, so it&#8217;s just like, no, this is not a problem with the website. It&#8217;s not the code of the website. It&#8217;s a Google problem. And that just got the, uh, explain that, but also just one more thing to not, I don&#8217;t like Ever state that I know everything, you know what I mean? Like, let&#8217;s, let&#8217;s, let&#8217;s do some more research.</p>



<p>Let&#8217;s figure it out because I always say no one, no one, no one, no one, not even the engineers know what the hell is going on at any given moment. So making that clear is like, we&#8217;re doing our best, but not, there&#8217;s not one person that knows how this algorithm works. So we&#8217;re all trying to work it together.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s actually well said, man. Yeah. Like not even the, the Google engineers individually can give you the answer. Yeah. Yeah. That&#8217;s a good point. That&#8217;s a, that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s a good point. Yeah. Cause I mean, any, like in software, sorry, I&#8217;m jumping in, but in any software, right? When you have so many people working on it, no, no one person&#8217;s going to know how it works.</p>



<p>That makes sense. Yeah. You&#8217;re right. You&#8217;re right. Do you, do you do, uh, do you work for a company doing SEO or is it like agency stuff that you&#8217;re doing? Or is it like a, I&#8217;m in house. So whatever I do in house, cool, cool. So you work with one single company doing SEO? Correct. Yeah. Okay. Very cool. I like that because I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t, I never liked the idea of an agency.</p>



<p>Like jumping around from a task to a task. I can&#8217;t put my, my heart into what I&#8217;m doing. I won&#8217;t care if I&#8217;m gonna be with someone else the next day. You know what I mean? I like to grow a thing. And when I was getting hired, they asked if I wanted to be a 10 99 or um, or a W2. That&#8217;s tax code. If anyone doesn&#8217;t know one is like you&#8217;re an independent contractor.</p>



<p>The other one&#8217;s like you&#8217;re part of the team, essentially. And that&#8217;s what I told &#8217;em. Like, I can&#8217;t beat 10 99 because. I need to be a W 2. I need to be a salary guy in the team. I don&#8217;t want to be a labeled as a contractor. Or else I&#8217;m not harsh enough to be there. Yeah. Yeah, I could see the difference there.</p>



<p>Like, mentally. Yeah, the mental shift. Yeah, that&#8217;s uh, that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m basically 1099 for with a bunch of, a bunch of local businesses. And I tell everybody after, well what do you do? Uh, I&#8217;ve got like 50 part time jobs. And that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m doing is like, and, and I basically jumped from job to job every, every, you know, couple of hours, you know, but I&#8217;m not going to lie to you.</p>



<p>I I&#8217;ve been trying to, I&#8217;ve been trying to get some niche sites going because I want to, I want to supplement the, this income, uh, uh, you know, with my agency income. And, um, it&#8217;s, it actually makes me feel better knowing that you had, that you&#8217;re having some problems because I have, I have tried numerous sites over the years, and I, I can&#8217;t get any traction on on any of the sites that I&#8217;ve, you know, heck, I&#8217;ve been doing it for a long time.</p>



<p>And I just, like, I can&#8217;t get any traction. So I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s just, it makes me feel better than the other people are struggling to, you know, so I&#8217;ll mention that we&#8217;re using. So we have 2 websites. We plan on doing more, but these are major, massive websites. And one of them is excelling. The other one is dead and there is the exact same strategy for both of them.</p>



<p>Yeah. It just doesn&#8217;t make any sense. I&#8217;ve recently purchased a couple of expired domains, um, and they both have decent, uh, uh, backlink profiles. I mean, the one has been down, it was, it was a coupon website, a discount and coupon website for. For a couple of years when it went down a couple of years ago, I bought it.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t remember what exchange I bought it off of and I&#8217;ve been trying to build that. Um, I just found out today. I didn&#8217;t get accepted into impact. I was trying to get in there as an affiliate. Um, no, no, but it&#8217;s, I don&#8217;t have, there&#8217;s no traffic. I mean, there&#8217;s barely any traffic on that site, but I just started to try and rebuild it and 301 redirect it.</p>



<p>There&#8217;s, it, there&#8217;s, it&#8217;s got like 255 domains pointing to it. Like 14, 000 backlinks. Um, you know, so I think there&#8217;s potential there, but, uh, it&#8217;s just a matter of, uh, so I&#8217;ve been filling it with, um, Amazon, um, Amazon, uh, product pages, you know, just, just talking about different products and trying to get some, some money flow there.</p>



<p>So, yeah, if that does work out your expired domains, if they do see traction, consider, you know, selling them and not holding onto them. Expired domains is a risky business to hold on to. I think, um, like my biggest project I sold and I got lucky, but if I had sold it two months later, I would have sold 60 percent less.</p>



<p>Um, because it died after that, or there was an update that affected it, you know, they&#8217;re, they&#8217;re quite susceptible to updates and, you know, your, your mileage may vary, but for me personally, uh, I don&#8217;t like the risk on that. Um, you know, I like to sell things while they&#8217;re going up and I don&#8217;t like to buy things when they&#8217;re going down.</p>



<p>So I, I, you know, I&#8217;ve been on both sides. Um, but as far as niche site, I personally am not a fan of the niche site model anymore. Um, I said this before in a few calls, I think brand is huge, um, for sites nowadays, and it&#8217;s not working in Jay&#8217;s case, but I think you do need some brand ability to succeed in the long run.</p>



<p>Well, and I am doing that on some of these other sites, or on these niche sites. I&#8217;m trying to build brands. I got social media going on all of them. Um, I&#8217;ve got, um, there&#8217;s 1 of the sites. Um, I have an RSS feed set up that that just automatically publishes, you know, when I, when a post goes up and just automatically schedules the post on across.</p>



<p>You know, all the social media platforms and stuff like that. So. I do have some, I am trying to build a brand, but so far, none of them have really caught fire. I mean, I guess, so what is like building a brand to you mean? Like, does, do you have a social media? Is it something you&#8217;re growing? Is this something that&#8217;s going to help people say, Oh yeah, like I know this site because of X, Y, Z.</p>



<p>Cause like, I, these, these stuff could indirectly like, you know, but like some people will just see like, okay, yeah, I have a social media page. That&#8217;s a, that&#8217;s just a checkbox. Is it something that they grow? Cause if it&#8217;s, if it&#8217;s just a checkbox, um, then it&#8217;s not really adding value to your brand. If it&#8217;s just a checkbox.</p>



<p>Yeah, no, I, I, I do agree with you. I, I mean, I, I probably to some extent it&#8217;s a, there, there&#8217;s a, it&#8217;s a checkbox, right? You know, but I go back and forth because what I&#8217;m trying to do is I&#8217;m trying to find ways to build at least some sort of following and then, and then get once there&#8217;s at least a, some, some sort of income coming back in from it, then I&#8217;m willing to reinvest that, um, but, um, At this point, I&#8217;ve, you know, I&#8217;m at the point now, it&#8217;s like, I&#8217;ve invested so much money into these, these, um, these ideas and the, that it&#8217;s just like, I, I&#8217;ve got to see some, I&#8217;ve got to see some return or else I can&#8217;t just keep throwing money at it.</p>



<p>So, I guess that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m trying to, I&#8217;m trying to build up some sort of traffic to it. So that even if I can get, you know. Heck, if I could get 20, 30 a week in even AdSense revenue out of them, you know, just something so that there&#8217;s some sort of, um, cashflow coming back, you know, cause that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s what&#8217;s happening.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m just outspend, you know, I&#8217;m just outspending anything that&#8217;s coming back. Yeah. Yeah. That makes sense. I mean, I&#8217;ve, I&#8217;ve definitely, I&#8217;ve definitely been there before and building up like niche sites in my portfolio. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, so I get it. I did, I did have a, did, has anybody looked at, um, Microsoft Bing, uh, that hub hub?</p>



<p>Um, they used to have, there was a, they had a, where you can, you could actually, um, submit your RSS feed. I just ran across this last night and they, they used to have it set up that way. That if you were a news, if you were a news website, they had like a news feed that you could set up and they would take your news.</p>



<p>But they, I was just on there last night and I ran across this and it&#8217;s called being a pub hub and it says both news and non news supported. It&#8217;s like, I think they, they changed their, their, they&#8217;ve changed their requirements, I guess, so I don&#8217;t know. I just ran across it. I&#8217;m going to submit the sites and see what happens with it.</p>



<p>But I don&#8217;t know if they&#8217;re, I don&#8217;t know what they&#8217;re. If anybody had even seen that or anything yet, or when it even started. Worth a look. Yeah, if you go into your bing, the bing webmaster tools, and it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s in there under.</p>



<p>Hey, Mike, I was kind of curious what you do for, um, like your agency stuff. You&#8217;re saying you have a bunch of clients. Is it like SEO stuff or, or other? I do, I do everything from building websites, search engine optimization to, um, doing graphic design, just managing their, the brands, the company brands, Um, you know, I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m just the kind of the guy that, uh, I&#8217;ve kind of gotten on, you know, I&#8217;ve set up people on almost like a retainer thing and they, they just call me and say, Hey Mike, I need this and I need that and, and I get it accomplished.</p>



<p>And then I work with them to make sure that they&#8217;re, you know, their online presence is, is. Is doing well, you know? Yeah. Is that, is that something that you&#8217;ve, have you been in that for some time? Like I&#8217;m guessing you&#8217;ve kind of like grown that over a long time. Yeah. I&#8217;ve grown it over, over a long period.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s probably been about 10, 15 years and I&#8217;ve, I&#8217;ve, I&#8217;ve gone the route where I&#8217;ve tried to like expand and, and hire, um, I&#8217;ve had, I had people working for me and then, um, you know, tried to make an, uh, full fledged agency out of it. But, you know, that just brings a lot more headaches that you deal with, you know, and they&#8217;re, they&#8217;re not headaches that I enjoy dealing with, you know, because then you&#8217;re dealing with employees and finances and all that other stuff.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t want to deal with that. I like working. I&#8217;m, I like. Keeping things close to home. And so I have a couple of people who work for me part time that helped me accomplish tasks, schedules, social media and stuff. And then, um, and then I have, I do have a developer that I, that I&#8217;ve been paying now for a couple of years over in the Philippines that works with me.</p>



<p>And, and he can, he, he&#8217;s built all kinds of stuff for me. So that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s basically it. You&#8217;re, you&#8217;re, uh, you&#8217;re one, one man agency with like helpers, like it can help, you can pull in and do certain things and yeah, you don&#8217;t, yeah, no, that&#8217;s awesome. That&#8217;s great. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it works pretty good. I, you know, I, I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s better ways to do what I do, but you know, that it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s just one of those things I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m comfortable with where I&#8217;m at.</p>



<p>And I, I like having that. Hands on control, you know, um, cause every time I&#8217;ve, every time I&#8217;ve tried to expand and hand off control to somebody else, I lose clients, you know, and that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s where I&#8217;m at, you know, Yeah, that it&#8217;s, uh, yeah, that&#8217;s hard, uh, like having a process for how you do things and bringing someone on board and like, they&#8217;re probably.</p>



<p>Not going to do it as well as you, but honestly, sometimes you can bring people on board that will do it better than you, uh, certain things, which, um, I&#8217;ve, you know, I&#8217;ve had a few of those, uh, over the year on my team as well, which is pretty, pretty awesome. But yeah. Um, Well, there&#8217;s a developer I work with.</p>



<p>Uh, he&#8217;s, he&#8217;s very good and, uh, and he, he works well. And, um, and actually the, the two other people who work for me are family members. One&#8217;s my daughter. She works for me part time and the other one&#8217;s my granddaughter. You have a lot of workers who work for me part time. So, you know, that&#8217;s not Family business.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s great. Yeah. Family business. Yeah. But I&#8217;d like to grow some of these niche sites. You know, I&#8217;m tired of watching these, uh, YouTube videos of these guys saying, hey, you could make 5, 000 a day. You know, you know, I just like to make, you know, five bucks a day, you know, at this point, I do have to run. So I don&#8217;t who intends on staying the whole time assuming all is all as well.</p>



<p>And I can assign host. Is that 230? Yeah, yeah. I mean, I can hang on to 230. Okay. Yeah. I mean, you know, it&#8217;s not good. It&#8217;s not good. You can head out. But, um, yeah, I would say Mike, for me, name of the game is focus personally and a big reason why I don&#8217;t like the niche site approach for me as much. Um, you know, I think focus focusing on one might might do you wonders if they don&#8217;t have any.</p>



<p>Yeah, I know I keep telling myself that. I know. Thanks. Thanks for this. Easier, easier said than done. I know. Yeah, that&#8217;s right. That&#8217;s, it&#8217;s nice that, it&#8217;s nice that I have these, uh, ma different mastermind groups. Uh, it&#8217;s good to listen to everybody else how everybody else is doing things and that it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s also nice to hear that, keep getting feedback from people.</p>

Cause I think he has a perspective of it where it&#8217;s like, here&#8217;s a cheapo.</p>



<p>Um, AI blog That I kind of recreate no face. No, you know, nothing like that I I used to have that mentality. So I used to have this dream, but I was gonna have 25 50 niche sites And then I was gonna crank that shit up. They&#8217;re gonna come out like I was going to make all this money and the ACU kind of killed that dream.</p>



<p>Thankfully, because I wasn&#8217;t, I wasn&#8217;t proud of any of them. And now I&#8217;m bringing it down. I know this sounds like a lot to some people before really for niche sites. It&#8217;s cycling specifically fixed gear bike cycling. Cause there&#8217;s a massive culture behind that particular type of cycling. Uh, skateboarding, Um, uh, cocktail making, like, like, uh, mixology, cause I&#8217;m really into that, and then, uh, uh, archery.</p>



<p>But I&#8217;m also into that. So those are the four websites that I&#8217;m working on right now Slowly, and I&#8217;m super proud of them and those are niche sites, but I&#8217;m making YouTube videos where I was like Hey, welcome to my site, you know, like I&#8217;m just gonna be talking about it. I&#8217;m not gonna have a whole channel I mean, there will be a channel but it&#8217;s not like it&#8217;s just like a real thing Like when you look at the about me, it&#8217;s my face and I&#8217;m holding the equipment That&#8217;s the niche sites that I&#8217;m looking at.</p>



<p>So I don&#8217;t think you have to kill all your dreams, but definitely wind them down. Yeah. I, I think, I think there&#8217;s, there&#8217;s two types of niche sites. There are the niche sites that are, are just like, you&#8217;re just tossing things up there to see what sticks the sites that I have now. I mean, I, you know, I bought the, the, the one expired domain that was, um, you know, was the coupon site.</p>



<p>And I thought, Oh, maybe I can do that. But the other one is. Um, I have one site that&#8217;s on about, um, the child care business, um, because I was in that at one point and then my granddaughters and my one of my daughters has been in the child care business. So, it had some stuff on there that one is, I&#8217;ve had the longest.</p>



<p>Um, and then, um, you know, once, once, just on like spy technology kind of stuff. Um, you And, you know, those are, they&#8217;re things that interest me and, and I&#8217;m trying to build, you know, yeah, I&#8217;d like to build a brand out of them. You know, there&#8217;s there, they have brandable names, but, you know, I think there&#8217;s possibility for that.</p>



<p>And then if they got to a certain point, I&#8217;d probably sell them because I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t want to run a big animal. I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t want to run a big website with. Bunch of, you know, uh, writers and editors and whatnot. So I just want to try and build some brands that are out there that I can build some traffic to that people are interested in kind of like that.</p>



<p>Um, and if you, any of you guys watch it, Matt Wolfe, um, he does, um, Future tools. Yeah. Yeah. All the AI stuff. I mean, I&#8217;m actually, it&#8217;s funny is at the same time, he started doing all his YouTube videos. I had bought a domain called, um, the AI content news or something like that. And I was gonna, I was going to start writing about all this software that came out.</p>



<p>Um, but it just never, the timing was not right for me, but he&#8217;s, he&#8217;s really built up over the last like year, two years. I mean, he&#8217;s, he&#8217;s really built. Quite the machine, you know, um, and I think, sorry, sorry, go on, sorry about that. So I think that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s kind of like, you know, when I look at the, um, when I say niche site, that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s more the direction I would like to go.</p>



<p>That they&#8217;re, they&#8217;re good, informative sites. Are you going to be a part of it with your face and name? And, and, um, I would, I, I would like to be, I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t want to do videos. I, I just, that&#8217;s just not something that I want to do. Um, I, what would be nice is if I could find somebody else that had an interest in the same thing.</p>



<p>And then, and then then they do videos. I&#8217;ve actually talked to my granddaughter about doing that with the childcare website. Um, you know, so there&#8217;s, you know, I didn&#8217;t, I, I&#8217;d want somebody else to do it. Okay. It just doesn&#8217;t look fun to me. Family business. Keep it going. I know that&#8217;s right in the family.</p>

Um, so some of the, so the, um, so the episodes where they do like a news segment and, uh, side hustle stuff and, um, yeah, Spencer&#8217;s been rotating a few different people in that like.</p>



<p>So yeah, I&#8217;ve done, I&#8217;ve been on a few of those episodes. Yeah, I got a, got a, got a few coming up. So they, I don&#8217;t know. We&#8217;ll see. We&#8217;ll see what Spencer wants to do with that long term, I guess. So question for the group. If, um, I&#8217;ll throw it out here. I&#8217;m thinking about setting up a second niche site. Um, and if you were to start it over knowing, you know, just had what Colin had said, like niche sites are kind of.</p>



<p>Yeah. Yeah, your approach has to be different. You have to really think about it as building a brand brand first. And if you were to start out brand new one tomorrow, what would be your kind of best advice on how to do that from day one,</p>



<p>do you, do you have a niche already in mind, like, cause I could, cause I feel like that could, that could, for me, that would change everything on how I would approach growing. Yeah, so it&#8217;s local travel with, um, dog. Ah, local travel, like, meaning that travels around to different places or just where you are local travel with dog?</p>



<p>Yeah, local as in geographic locations, so, um, near Toronto area, so everything you can do that&#8217;s dog friendly. restaurants, places to stay, day trips, etc. I thought you meant like a whole website about how to travel with your dog from your house to the vet, from your house to the Oh, okay, okay. Yeah, yeah.</p>



<p>I think it&#8217;s a great idea actually because there&#8217;s not much off that. Yeah, also when I was looking for, I look for, for dog friendly things to do. Like one thing is a big one for us is hotels that are dog friendly because a couple of times we had to make a big like two hour drive and we had to stay overnight, but we couldn&#8217;t leave the dog with any because it was just last second.</p>



<p>So we had to find a specific hotel and yeah, that&#8217;s good. It&#8217;s a good idea.</p>



<p>But from building a brand. So like Mike, I don&#8217;t want to do video because that could be just all encompassing like it&#8217;s just going to be a time sucker. Yeah. But any other ways, um, that you would start out that type of niche site from the get go that&#8217;s thinking brand first?</p>



<p>You know, I would, I would start, I would start with the name and, and start looking in, uh, you know, go from the perspective of, of finding the name like the Facebook page. You know, can you find a Facebook page? Of this name, name, you know, can you build a Facebook page using that name and Instagram and x and all the different social medias?</p>



<p>I, I would try and do that first. Like I, I&#8217;ve got a couple of, of brands that I, I own like all the names across all the social medias. Um, and, and I think that gives you a better, um, you know, a better chance because then it&#8217;s. You know, you&#8217;re, you&#8217;re using exactly the same name over and over across the board.</p>



<p>Yeah, yeah, so I&#8217;ve got the, I&#8217;ve got the names, um, and I&#8217;ve checked that out. But I think for that, I wasn&#8217;t going to go all in social. Like at my other travel site, I&#8217;m all in social on every social. Um, but I&#8217;d still get, I&#8217;d still set the accounts up. Okay, yeah. No, yeah, just get the yeah, get that counts is what I that&#8217;s what I yeah, that&#8217;s that was one of the big things when I started like the spy.</p>



<p>The AI spy tech. I went, I went across and just bought as many. Users set up as many users and pages across social media, you know, whatever platform and just, um, just tried to make sure that I owned all those under the same name, I just think in the long run, there&#8217;s more value. Are you talking about snagging all the domain, all the names?</p>



<p>Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. Yeah, that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s basically what I&#8217;m saying. Yeah, that is number one, literally quite literally number one thing that I would do if I have to check all of the on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, all of those to see if they&#8217;re taken or not. And I need the dot com. I don&#8217;t want dot org that I want anything because i&#8217;m i&#8217;m catering to people people care about the dot com It&#8217;s just what it is So i&#8217;ll keep i&#8217;ll use shaggy bt to help me find really cool new names that I would have never came up with Um, so yeah, I think that&#8217;s number one thing finding all making sure everything&#8217;s not taken.</p>



<p>Yeah, so i&#8217;ve done that check Also, you mentioned your your reluctance for video. I think video is a little You Scary, but it&#8217;s overhyped because if you watch anything like I was mentioning this on the last the the youtube mastermind That was just uh, like 30 minutes ago. Yeah, or like wpeagle Some of you might watch his stuff because he does uh, niche site stuff But one of the things he does is he just takes his camera And just walks around Spain like this and talks about what we, what you would talk about, about like the Google update.</p>



<p>Cause again, it&#8217;s really affecting my site. I checked on the site. It&#8217;s not doing that well at all. And this other one&#8217;s broken, but blah, blah, blah. And it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s not short content. It&#8217;s maybe three, four, five minutes. It&#8217;s a story. No, not stories, not stories. Well, full blown videos, full blown horizontal videos.</p>



<p>And he&#8217;ll just kind of just talk while holding his phone and then publish it with a good, with a good thumbnail. So my point there is, I don&#8217;t see, I know this is, maybe you could just do this, start this way and then expand your, your production value, but why not say, Hey, in the city, here&#8217;s the five, not a short, a long form video, make it five minutes long.</p>



<p>Now I&#8217;ve been to, to Texas, uh, in Austin and I visited one place that was really drag friendly. This is the name of it. I really liked it. It was really cool. This other place was not so dog friendly. So stay away from there. Make that five minutes and then just click stop and publish it and just do like 10 of those and get the ball rolling.</p>



<p>And that&#8217;s it.</p>



<p>Yeah. I was going to do more Instagram, um, but, uh, not necessarily get into kind of production on YouTube. Just a few, a few thoughts, um, on like, like in my, in my mind, nothing, nothing has changed except, uh, we just can&#8217;t build these like little sites and get free traffic from Google automatically. Like, I think that&#8217;s the only thing that&#8217;s different beyond that.</p>



<p>There&#8217;s like, Really nothing else that&#8217;s different. I think we always should have been making like a brand, uh, not just like, you know, kind of random sites. And I mean, I too have some kind of random, random sites that, uh, I was like, yeah, man, uh, SEO is great. Google&#8217;s giving traffic. So like, why, I don&#8217;t know, like, why, why wouldn&#8217;t I, you know, have those projects?</p>



<p>But yeah, I don&#8217;t think anything&#8217;s different, Renee. I mean, just in my opinion, then like building, building anything, you know, like you&#8217;re gonna, you&#8217;re gonna, you gotta start something and just figure out how you&#8217;re gonna, how you&#8217;re gonna get track. Yeah. Instagram probably makes sense. Um, yeah. If you don&#8217;t want to do video, like you don&#8217;t, you don&#8217;t have to, but like.</p>



<p>I mean, obviously video is growing online, right? Like even, even further, but like, um, yeah, I mean, I can see, I could see growing, uh, probably potentially solely on Instagram. I mean, you know what I mean? I mean, like people, people do that. People pick single platforms and, and, and grow on those as well. So, um.</p>



<p>Thanks, everyone. Oh wait, another, another random creative idea. What if you could do, uh, if you don&#8217;t want to do video because you don&#8217;t want to be on video, what if you could do video in the perspective of your dog? Yeah, like through, through the ideas, uh, through the eyes of, through the eyes of, uh, Of the dog.</p>



<p>Um, that could be actually really interesting that I could see people watching just for that like, like low, low profile on the ground. Like just interesting. I don&#8217;t know. Like you&#8217;re at a restaurant full touch. Yeah. Get a GoPro for him, right? Yeah. Yeah. Maybe just gonna say, yeah, that&#8217;s a money maker right there.</p>



<p>And you could a, put a GoPro on him and then you could, you could put a mic on you and you could be the voice. Yeah, and you could create a, um, AI avatar for the dog as well. If you wanted to create a persona for him, then they can. Yeah. So you don&#8217;t need to be there. Cause look, Wendy, I mean, sorry, Renee. Um, I, I don&#8217;t want to be on video as well.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m not a fan. So I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m looking at those options of doing, doing videos without my face. Oh, sorry. My face is actually off at the moment. Hold on. Actually, it&#8217;s my space and it&#8217;s actually, um, You know, just being in the moment and kind of talking, you know, being succinct in terms of what you want to get across.</p>



<p>Um, that just doesn&#8217;t come natural to me. So, even if I was off camera, just to kind of. You know, talk about where I am. I would, I instantly would like clam up and be like, okay, I got to do this again. That doesn&#8217;t sound good. You know? So that&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t want to get into video. Cause I just feel like it&#8217;s going to be an editing nightmare on top of, you know, I just don&#8217;t have the bandwidth to kind of take that on.</p>



<p>So I know video is where, where everyone&#8217;s going. Um, but yeah, I kind of liked the idea of the GoPro. Um, bandwidth is huge. Bandwidth is huge. Like, like only, you know, that, you know what I mean? Like, if like, like, you know, like, you know, when your plate&#8217;s full and you&#8217;re like, yep, I can&#8217;t expand into that, but like, um, I would say, yeah, if you can find a way to create that content where it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s easy for you.</p>



<p>Um, but okay, so I&#8217;m gonna throw out an idea related to that dog, to the low profile. Maybe it&#8217;s actual. So look, maybe it&#8217;s actually a GoPro or maybe it&#8217;s you like holding a phone, like low to the ground, like a dog and looking up at signs and stuff. I don&#8217;t know, but like it, If you could figure out the actual GoPro, that would be cool.</p>



<p>But a second thing related to that, um, what if you could have a script, like a written script, uh, potentially you could use 11 labs and give your dog a voice, like an actual character voice. Um, and it, the videos could be in the perspective of your actual dog, like an actual, um, an actual voice created. I think that could be super cool and entertaining and like helpful as well.</p>



<p>Oh, uh, 11, 11 labs. Um, so some of my videos actually use my own voice and I don&#8217;t even my wife who&#8217;s ever here. She&#8217;s sitting on a couch over here. I bet if I played her some of the videos, she wouldn&#8217;t even, I don&#8217;t even know if she&#8217;d be able to know. It was like, An AI voice of mine. Um, yeah, like AI is getting it&#8217;s getting nutty.</p>



<p>Um, yeah</p>



<p>On the subject of AI one of the things that we mentioned in the in the last The call the the youtube one 30 minutes ago or so like an hour ago Was, uh, the use of AI and how you could get away with it. And I think you, you&#8217;re using the level lab that&#8217;s trained on your voice, right? All right. Okay. So when I, or many people, uh, run into an AI voice, we dip, um, obviously you have one that&#8217;s a little more original, so you might not be able to tell.</p>



<p>But it is such a like Immediately like get out of them. I I jump out of that video agreed Good get away with it with a real voice and stock footage But the other way is the opposite is not so easy to get away with so i&#8217;m gonna throw out I totally agree with you and I kind of do the same thing because it&#8217;s like it&#8217;s so common right now And it is easy to do.</p>



<p>Um, here&#8217;s Here&#8217;s one of the things I&#8217;m doing. I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m just testing and like playing around with stuff, but one of the things I&#8217;m doing is creating an actual hook. So, so, so like one of my issues with video and creating content is, is bandwidth, Renee. Like, so one of my issues is bandwidth. I&#8217;m like, I am the holdup of my team in getting out like video stuff.</p>



<p>I have an incredible like editor. He&#8217;s been with me a while now. And like, The holdup is me like filming and recording stuff. And so. Uh, what I&#8217;m doing though in that idea is I&#8217;m like, I&#8217;m actually recording. I&#8217;m actually recording like hooks. So it would be me on, you know, a video for like, maybe the first 30 seconds for like a hook.</p>



<p>Um, and then it&#8217;s cut to some a, some like B roll and like, uh, my voice. And so we&#8217;ve done that for a few videos. That&#8217;s been kind of interesting. Um, sounds great to me. Another thing I&#8217;m just gonna throw, just throw another idea that I did because again, I&#8217;m the whole, I&#8217;m the holdup for my team for content.</p>



<p>So recently. Oh, I actually have it right here. There&#8217;s just a, this Tascam microphone. So I&#8217;ve had this for a while and I started using it and then I didn&#8217;t. So it&#8217;s like portable microphone. So I am, uh, I&#8217;m literally going on bike rides, like a bike cruise and I&#8217;m recording, uh, it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s basically podcasts for me, but what we&#8217;re doing with that is converting those.</p>



<p>Uh, so I basically, all I&#8217;m doing is recording audio. Sending it to my video editor and then we&#8217;re creating, uh, he&#8217;s, I mean, one, it&#8217;s a podcast two, it becomes a YouTube video, and then I&#8217;m actually sending the, the transcript to my writer to, um, to create content out of that. And I&#8217;m going to send you all an example.</p>



<p>That like we literally just put out so y&#8217;all can you can see like kind of what i&#8217;m talking about. Um, Yeah, this like this video just went live the other day. So this is on youtube. Um, i&#8217;m doing that because One I kind of one I kind of think it&#8217;s cool because I have this little bumper video for like business on a bike With brooks that I created like four years ago because I had this idea But I was just never able to do anything but the real reason why i&#8217;m doing The real reason why i&#8217;m doing it is because it allows me to create content like whereas I wouldn&#8217;t do it otherwise Like, because I don&#8217;t have the bandwidth and my plate&#8217;s too full.</p>



<p>So like, I&#8217;m just all about like figuring out how to like remove the friction of, of content creation. I don&#8217;t know. I guess that&#8217;s the whole point of what I&#8217;m saying is like, if, if, you know, just keep iterating and if you can figure out how to remove the friction, then like, you&#8217;ll be able to maybe, maybe do it.</p>



<p>Um, just kind of a thought more of a rant, really. Sorry. That&#8217;s okay. I, I, I agree with you. Because that, uh, video editing, even with AI is just. It just eats up your time. I mean, it, it takes, it takes a while to go through everything. So, I mean, I&#8217;ve been doing it for clients for years and that&#8217;s the one thing that I just, it just, it just, uh, yeah, it just burns up time.</p>



<p>Um, I put a link in the chat. I just watched this, the video not too long ago that, but Mark Keese Brownlee. Yeah. Uh, I don&#8217;t know if you guys are for, for I&#8217;m sure everybody&#8217;s watched some of his videos, but. He actually just did something where he put a GoPro on the back of his, his dog. So check that out.</p>



<p>Nice. Cool. He puts a GoPro Una. Yeah. He puts a GoPro on the dog and Yeah. Yeah. And then, I mean, he goes walking around. So you could, you kind of might like, might give you some ideas. Yeah, no, I really like the idea actually. Um. If my husband could take that project on, I&#8217;m all in. So I&#8217;m going to serve alcohol with dinner tonight and approach the subject with him.</p>



<p>Blame it on all of us, you know.</p>



<p>No, I think it&#8217;s a, it&#8217;s a good idea. It&#8217;s a huge differentiator for sure. Like, um, first of all, this market is, there&#8217;s low competition, so that&#8217;s great. But, I can just, to me, this would be, there&#8217;s no one else doing this. Um, and definitely not in Toronto area, maybe in the U S I may do it in my city. I may, I may throw a GoPro on my dog.</p>



<p>Yeah. I don&#8217;t know. Maybe. I mean, cause I have, I have a local brand and I&#8217;m like, man, that. Like that would be interesting content. Like, I think, I think people might be interested to watch it, you know? Yeah. Yeah. And maybe it&#8217;s not every single one, but like, it&#8217;s maybe every fifth video or something, right.</p>



<p>Or every third video or yeah, it can be like a series, right. Um, yeah, you can just make it like a whole, like, uh, just a whole, a bucket of content, like a type of content maybe that you could make, but, um, Well, I think the cool thing too, is you, if you put a GoPro on him, I mean, you Basically just go around town with them, with your dog.</p>



<p>And then, you know, you watch the video later and figure out what&#8217;s worth talking about, you know, from my perspective, you know, I would just put the video on him. We would go somewhere, we&#8217;d go to the thing and then I would do the script and it would just be voiceover. So it&#8217;d be editing after. Yeah. To write in some comedy, some dog, some dog humor, you know, like dog jokes for like what the dog CNN stuff.</p>



<p>Yeah. I mean, I think it&#8217;d be really cool. And then that becomes a reel too, right? Sure. Yeah. It becomes everything. Yeah. It becomes whatever you want it to be, right? Yeah. Like, you have the content. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, thanks, guys. Heck yeah. Hey, guys. Just remember us when your dog becomes a millionaire. Yeah.</p>



<p>Yeah, right. He&#8217;ll send us some treats. That&#8217;s right. I haven&#8217;t, I haven&#8217;t got him yet. I&#8217;m getting him on New Year&#8217;s Eve. So, uh. Oh, that&#8217;s cool. Oh, he&#8217;s a brand new star. Yeah. Oh, awesome. Yeah. Yeah. So I did. Oh, are you getting it? It&#8217;s a vishla. I&#8217;m not sure if anyone knows that breed. It&#8217;s a pointer. Oh, yeah.</p>



<p>Pointer. Okay. Yeah. But, um, my older dog, he somewhat was part of doing this, but on a smaller scale and he passed away this year. So, um, we&#8217;ve just thought about now we&#8217;re ready to get another one. So our breeder has, we&#8217;ve been on the list for a long time. So. Yeah. Finally, the day has come and I&#8217;ve told her he&#8217;s my little Instagrammer.</p>



<p>So you could totally write that can, this is just me here. This is just me talking. I think all that should be a part of the story of this. Like if you&#8217;re, if you&#8217;re open to share that, like, you know, your past dog, you know, that was your, that was your, your, your, your. Your media pal, and now, you know, you guys finally decided you have a new person on the team.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t know, like all that&#8217;s super interesting. I think people would like, love to, like, they would connect with you on, on all that, I think, so if you, if you choose to, if you want to be, you know, like personal in that sense, so I think that&#8217;s the future of brands and media personally. So.</p>



<p>Yeah, I have that little story in, as part of the website that hasn&#8217;t been launched yet. It&#8217;ll launch, but, um, Cool. Speaking of dogs. I can hear a dog, yeah. Sorry, that&#8217;s me. That&#8217;s, that&#8217;s my house. We have, uh, we have two, we have two foster dogs hanging out with us right now, actually. So, I have a house full.</p>



<p>Hey, Mike, I had a question just, uh, that Bing thing you were talking about. Yeah. The hub hub. I can&#8217;t even get to it. Now I&#8217;m trying to find where I, where I saw it. Um, because it was up on my screen and. Well, it, I looked at their thing and it says, Bing News Pub Hub, and if you click on it, site can&#8217;t be reached, which is interesting.</p>



<p>Um, oh, that&#8217;s alright. Yeah. But I have got the Bing webmaster tool now, which I hadn&#8217;t before, so that may be something to everyone else to do as well. If you haven&#8217;t And I&#8217;ve, I&#8217;ve verified my site while we are talking. Yeah. I&#8217;m gonna, I&#8217;m gonna submit my, my I if I could. Yeah. If it&#8217;s working. I don&#8217;t know.</p>



<p>I, I had it up in front of me and then I. I clicked away from it. Now I can&#8217;t find it. But yeah, I&#8217;ll submit it. See what it does. Keep you posted. Yeah, if you find it, because I mean, it&#8217;s basically pub hub dot bing dot com. But I can&#8217;t. It just doesn&#8217;t work for me. So it can&#8217;t be reached. Weird.</p>



<p>But I mean, doesn&#8217;t even know what to do to optimize for bing or kind of target bing.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t have anything in particular. I mean, some of my sites are, I mean, they definitely, you know, they&#8217;re doing a little bit better on, on being as far as getting index faster and stuff. Um, but I did just have one just completely fall off the map and I haven&#8217;t figured out why yet. But, um, I, you know, I don&#8217;t, I don&#8217;t do anything specifically for Bing.</p>

<p>All right. So some housekeeping, uh, most, if not all of you should have received an email about the new masterminds. Um, if you did not receive that email, feel free to, uh, you can email or discord me, um, with your email and I can check, I can forward you the email. Essentially, um, the masterminds have been a big hit or miss depending on the group you&#8217;re in.</p>



<p>Some groups really love, you know, their group members and have been meeting very regularly. And there are other groups that just haven&#8217;t been, um, sometimes I guess it&#8217;s, and I&#8217;ll, I&#8217;ll take, uh, ownership of this, a lack of direction as far as next steps. Um, some of them have just been poor, uh, response, you know, we have the intake form that people fill out and it says, Hey, this is for a mastermind group.</p>



<p>Fill this in if you&#8217;re interested in participating in the mastermind group, um, and I&#8217;ll follow up within a day or two and people will still just. Just goes to me. Um, so that has been difficult to deal with and frustrating. So we have, we&#8217;re changing up a little bit. Um, we can definitely take some questions.</p>



<p>I won&#8217;t go into it because y&#8217;all should have received an email. Um, if we want, we can discuss it more at length, um, but just know that that is out, please, uh, if you&#8217;re interested, um, you know, fill out that, um, survey that Spencer and I had created, and you are more than welcome to continue meeting with your mastermind groups, um, you know, we&#8217;re not going to officially support them, but, you know, if you have questions here and there about it with your group, happy to help, um, you know, But yeah, we&#8217;re not going to be really, uh, moving forward with those types of masterminds.</p>



<p>Um, that said, let&#8217;s get into some Q and A. So, um, the first question. Is from Anders, um, and Anders just I know you said you can&#8217;t really, uh, chat, but just give a little. Holler if, uh, if you&#8217;re here, uh, you don&#8217;t need to chat for me to ask. I just ask that you&#8217;re present. And if we have follow up questions or something, um, that you can at least respond in chat.</p>



<p>Um, we&#8217;ll give that some time. We&#8217;ll come back. So, uh, next. Alexa, I know you asked, I pinged you on an update from Spencer. About the Facebook project. I&#8217;m not sure if you have seen that. I don&#8217;t think he has any updates. Spencer won&#8217;t be joining us today. Um, he is actually on a flight or at the airport at the moment.</p>



<p>Um, so it&#8217;s just me answering questions. Um, I don&#8217;t know if he&#8217;s still working on that project, Alexa, because his other Facebook projects. Uh, have been doing really well, especially the one that recently got like that creator earnings. I think he just posted, like, he&#8217;s earning 100 a day on this other Facebook page.</p>



<p>Um, not on the runner&#8217;s one he shared for that 30 day challenge. So, um, you know, do you have specific questions around tips if you want to start one? Because we&#8217;ve had a lot of great speakers, Alexa, about kind of how to get started in this process. And I think Spencer has been taking a very similar approach.</p>



<p>Um, you on the call, Alexa? Oh, you&#8217;re not on the call. Okay. We will circle that. We will circle back. Um, that said, these are all the questions queued up. We can kind of open it up to, uh, anyone if you want to just, uh, you can raise your hand. You can drop your questions in the chat. Um, so we can get that started.</p>



<p>And if we don&#8217;t get questions, um, I don&#8217;t know, we can, we can just talk about like project updates. Okay, Renee. Yeah, go ahead.</p>



<p>Hey, everyone. So I have a pretty simple, basic question about Facebook ads. I&#8217;ve never run them before. So I have created 6 different ads for my Facebook page. And I just wondered how I, I guess, a couple of questions. Should I run a B testing? Should I run all 6 and space them out over like 1 per week? I&#8217;m not sure if the group has any advice on that.</p>



<p>My answer would be based off of previous. You know, calls and stuff, so I&#8217;ll kind of just hold off on that. Um, anyone with some more hands on experience want to chime in.</p>



<p>Right? Um, so just just going off of what we saw in previous calls, uh, they are definitely, uh, testing multiple at the same time. Um, you know, depending on your budget, I, I don&#8217;t know if you need to do all 6. Um, definitely not one per week. Um, I know, I believe it was Andy or someone who said that he&#8217;s seen success running more than one ad at a time, specifically.</p>



<p>Um, I believe, and don&#8217;t quote me on this, but I believe it was someone who said, like, yeah, like, I, I&#8217;m always running at least two. a couple because I feel like they get better performance for whatever reason. Um, he didn&#8217;t really share any data or anything that was purely anecdotal. Um, but I think you just want to be testing multiple at the same time anyway, just to kind of find your winners faster.</p>



<p>Because as soon as you find your winner, you kind of just crank up the ad spend. And then, um, you know, you get You get to your angle faster and, and at that point in time is money. Right? And I don&#8217;t even think it has to be like big budgets. I think like a lot of people do like $5 a day, um, on an ad you could probably do less and might want to if you&#8217;re running six at a time, but you probably don&#8217;t have to do all six at the same time.</p>



<p>And, um, apologies. I was gonna say, I missed the question. Um, but it sounded like it was about Facebook ads and I think I can actually answer it. Was it just about how to run them or how often to run them? Yeah, I have, um, Hey, Morgan. I have six that I created that are kind of, um, related to my website that I think would be good in terms of capturing the audience.</p>



<p>So it&#8217;s travel. So featuring like six locations and covering people off those locations. So, um, I guess the question was, is how frequent can I run those? Um, and wanting to know which one might get more traction? Like would France get more traction than Spain? Um, and being able to kind of test those locations and then probably just as calling it said, find out what the one was that was bringing in more likes.</p>



<p>And then really go heavy on that one. You totally answered that question. Okay, so I did, um, and I apologize, because somebody was talking to me when you originally asked, and so I missed the question part. But, um, so I, I just did that challenge that Spencer did, basically, for myself, because I am starting over, I think, as I&#8217;ve mentioned, uh, with my website and all that stuff.</p>



<p>So I want to have a brand new Facebook page. I started from scratch last month, and I built it to over 7, 000 follows with some really simple ads. So the strategy that I personally took is I ended up posting once per day. Now you don&#8217;t have to do that since you&#8217;re kind of trying to test different countries.</p>



<p>For me, I was trying to test different creatives to see which ad actually performed the best and was the same audience every time. But you could do it either way. And what I did is I would start out with every ad being 5, right? And I would let that ad run for at least 48, preferably 72 hours to see exactly what that per ad spin was actually, or per ad conversion Actually cost me and of course the lower the better.</p>



<p>And so for me, when I saw anything trending below a 10 cent, I thought, okay, I&#8217;ll put a little more, add a little more money on that. If it started trending at a seven cent or a six cent, put even more money on that. And I would typically find with more volume and more time that I would, ads themselves would get a little bit better at performance in general.</p>



<p>But honestly, that little 5 test per ad over about 48 to 72 hours, really give me a lot of insight about what was working and what was not. So that&#8217;s kind of what I would recommend. I would just take whatever ads you want to AP test, put five bucks on each of them, page like ads over the course of like three days, and then take a look and see what that person conversion looks like.</p>



<p>Does that make sense? Yeah. Yeah. That&#8217;s kind of what I was thinking. So I just wanted to kind of, um, make sure I was on the right page with that. And then, um, I also wanted to be able to promote my lead magnet because ultimately I&#8217;d rather more subscribers than. Facebook likes. Um, and so what&#8217;s this? What&#8217;s the size of, um, uh, Facebook page likes?</p>



<p>Do you think is To get to that plateau where you can start to then have a lead magnet where it drives traffic to that sign up. Well, if you&#8217;ve already got a lead magnet going on, um, you know, this is not usually advice for building a page, but if you actually have a product to promote right now, you could instead the same strategy with boosted posts or boosted ads, right?</p>



<p>You can make a post where that lead magnet and then boost that 5 at a time. And again, for 48 to 72 hours, you know, that&#8217;s something that we did on our old page and it worked quite well. Okay. Okay. I thought I heard someone say. Don&#8217;t do the link out because Facebook will charge you more for running those types of ads.</p>



<p>I mean, it can be more expensive. Yeah, the click, the clicks are more expensive. That is absolutely true. Yeah, but that&#8217;s just kind of like a decision that you&#8217;ve got to make. Right? Like, you can either pay to build the audience and bring in more likes to your page and then kind of organically market to them, or you&#8217;re going to pay per click.</p>



<p>That is so intrinsically going to be more expensive. Okay. Great. Thanks, everyone.</p>



<p>Awesome. Thanks for chiming in, Morgan. Next, Alexi, you want to go ahead and ask your question? I, um, actually, I, I guess I was just looking for an update. I&#8217;ve kind of been in and out of the discord groups. I feel like I&#8217;m a little bit behind. So if there&#8217;s just a place where most of that information lives, I can go try and find it, but you were saying that there&#8217;s been some calls with or some.</p>



<p>Zoom calls with people. Yeah. Yeah, we&#8217;ve had a few guests talk about so, um, Are you are you aware that all of our calls are like recorded and archived? Yeah, you know, I I honestly like I Discord I always think about going into discord to look for things But I kind of forget about the actual website that&#8217;s been created where all the content lives so I can just go So sort it out.</p>



<p>I actually didn&#8217;t know Spencer wasn&#8217;t going to be on. So I was just kind of asking for like an overall recap of where he was. Um, got it. Yeah. So he kind of made a little bit of a write up that I tagged you in on the Facebook channel and the discord. So you&#8217;ll get something up to date. Um, and then a couple days ago on the sixth, he said, Hey, thinking about giving it away to someone in the community.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t think he intends on working on it. And that&#8217;s why so he&#8217;ll be either a prize or a giveaway or something is what he&#8217;s thinking. Um, that&#8217;s probably like the biggest update. I think it&#8217;s not something he&#8217;s really going to commit resources to. Um, but, you know, if he decides to give it to someone in a way.</p>



<p>A way to someone in the community that could be a really great start to uh, monetizing with Facebook. But yeah, I dropped the website, um, kind of like members portal, where you can see all of our recordings. If you&#8217;re not logged in, you&#8217;re not going to be able to see it. So if you get an error page, it&#8217;s because you&#8217;re not logged in.</p>



<p>If you still get an error page, um, just message me, but we haven&#8217;t had any of those problems. Yeah, I, I would say, uh, really, uh, go through some of those calls personally. Um, I&#8217;m a big fan of, uh, the one Jesse did, as far as Facebooks go. Um, that one was awesome. And then if you want to learn more about groups, uh, Ben Adler&#8217;s was great too.</p>



<p>Okay. And then, since I&#8217;m here, I have a little bit of a follow up question on the last Pinterest call. I&#8217;m just curious, because With so many of these things, I know that like, it&#8217;s all about consistency and showing up and. And doing that work, but the amount of pins that he was suggesting, like almost seemed like a full time job to me.</p>



<p>So I was just curious if anyone else had thoughts about like the amount of pins he was suggesting. I feel like it was like 40 or something like on a daily basis. Um, maybe I have the exact number wrong, but it was like surprising to me. And so it&#8217;s just like that juggling of, you know, I&#8217;ve got a blog, but then I&#8217;m trying to keep afloat and I&#8217;ve kind of trying to do it through Pinterest, but then I&#8217;ve got the Amazon influencer thing.</p>



<p>And then I&#8217;m trying to think about. Okay. Bye. Some of these Facebook page ideas. Um, I&#8217;ve created a Facebook page to just be able to another outlet to show my Amazon video reviews, and then I just started a YouTube channel to do the same. And that&#8217;s more well to like, hopefully they make money, but also it&#8217;s something that I think I can go to brands with and say, okay, not only are you going to get a shoppable video, but I can put you on an idea list and then also share you on my Facebook and YouTube channels and sort of playing with the idea of tech talk, but it&#8217;s like just saying that&#8217;s exhausting.</p>



<p>Yeah. So, um, it&#8217;s a juggling piece, you know, I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m just curious. So going back to the Pinterest thing, um, I, I definitely see, I was very consistent about posting once or twice a day. And I did see my numbers going up slowly. And it is amazing with Pinterest. I took a couple of weeks off just cause I was on vacation and I don&#8217;t use Tailwind anymore.</p>



<p>And my numbers dropped really fast. So, um, I&#8217;m back at it. And, um, you know, I&#8217;m already even within a few days, I&#8217;m seeing the numbers kind of go up a little bit, but I don&#8217;t know. Does anyone else have any thoughts about, like, the number of pins that. That works to build, build the audience and, you know, the clicks back to your site without like having to create so many every day.</p>



<p>So, um, I, Renee and Christina chimed in there. I, I also recall him saying I was going to say 10 to 15, but they&#8217;re saying 10 to 12. So 10, he was, I believe said like 10 to 12 daily pins. That&#8217;s for me, that&#8217;s still like 45. So, I mean, I just feel like it&#8217;s a lot like, Because if you&#8217;re creating new ones, um, so I appreciate that.</p>



<p>So obviously like I over exaggerated that in my head, but, um, it&#8217;s still like, I feel like, you know, updating one or two articles a day and creating what I&#8217;m trying to do is create a new pin that I put on my article. And then I&#8217;m trying to create a video pin that I&#8217;m putting directly to Pinterest. Um, so when I do it, I&#8217;m doing like four, two for each article, but still like, I feel like 10 to 12 is a lot.</p>



<p>Yeah, I think it&#8217;s finding a way to streamline that process, not necessarily doing just a one to one article like you could probably come up with, you know, five or six pins for just one idea pretty easily, just different ways to showcase that people are saying use pin generator. There&#8217;s a YouTube video about bulk create.</p>



<p>Um, I&#8217;m not sure if he touched on that. Uh, I do know he, he does work with like some, some VAs, um, to help him. Uh, you know, he also does like Pinterest, um, as like a service too. So he&#8217;s handling a lot of accounts, but I definitely think you&#8217;re going to have to find a way to streamline that. And then with tailwind, um, where you can schedule that ahead, you can kind of just block off.</p>



<p>You know one time of the week where you kind of just make them schedule and forget about them as opposed to like doing two every day like yeah that&#8217;s probably exactly i know it&#8217;s just like i&#8217;m one of those people that got you know my blogs got like demolished um with the google stuff so i lost a big chunk of my income so right now i like canceled everything i canceled sm rush i canceled you know all my stuff so i&#8217;m in that like do it all yourself until i Build up the income again.</p>



<p>Yeah. And I mean, you know, you don&#8217;t even need to necessarily use Tailwind to schedule them. If you, you know, creating them is going to be like 95 percent of the work, right? You, you block off one time to create them and then you can kind of just, um, kind of just, uh, have them go live on time or something.</p>



<p>Of course, Christina mentioned Tony has a great, uh, well, I haven&#8217;t taken it yet, but I&#8217;m sure it&#8217;s an amazing course on Pinterest. Uh, yeah. Tony, I don&#8217;t know. Maybe you want to speak up to that? Any add anything? Uh, yeah. So Alexa, are you primarily making video pins? That&#8217;s it? No, I&#8217;m doing both. I&#8217;m creating just like static pins with like images, sometimes one, sometimes two or four.</p>



<p>Okay, and do you typically have to put text on your pens for them to do well for you? I tend to, yeah. Yeah. So I&#8217;m doing them in Canva. Yeah. Got it. All right. It&#8217;s travel. I&#8217;m in the travel niche. So I, I mean, I guess I, honestly, I haven&#8217;t really played with doing pens without text. Uh, it might be worth testing.</p>



<p>I always recommend testing, um, but for travel stuff, honestly, like what I see a lot is pens with text on them, which is just time consuming when you have to do that. Um, and then knowing, like, do you know what, in particular, what kind of pens and topics have done well for you in the past? Um, yeah, mostly like the beachy stuff.</p>



<p>Yeah. Okay. Um, which is seasonal. I&#8217;d imagine to a degree. Yeah. Are you consistently creating new pens for those blog posts? Um, some of them, what I&#8217;m doing is I&#8217;m going into media vine and then every day I&#8217;m just looking at what articles have the highest RPM and then I&#8217;m creating pins for those articles or I&#8217;ll go in and do like my most popular ones and then do new pins.</p>



<p>Gotcha. Okay. Yeah. You know, so one strategy is to find your best performers. That&#8217;s going to give you the highest ROI. And then if they&#8217;re, you know, templates that if you can templatize them in Canva and then, you know, go in and kind of batch it of like, just kind of tweaking the, maybe the text that&#8217;s on there, maybe changing up the image and just kind of do this as a batch process and then schedule them out over time.</p>



<p>Like, cause you know, with, you know, The pens with text on them, you don&#8217;t want to have a bunch of them go all out at once for the same blog post, you know, you want to spread it out. Um, and so really batching and you just take some tweaking and you don&#8217;t have to change a whole lot about the pen designs, um, for them to still be effective, but just consistently going and having those pens for those high performing blog posts would be my recommendation.</p>



<p>And then, you know, at I think where I see, unless you&#8217;re like Spencer, who seems to like be able to do like so many things all at once and have lots of success, it&#8217;s not very common in my experience to, to see that. Um, and that&#8217;s where I just really recommend like finding One thing to really focus on and double down on like what Morgan&#8217;s done with Facebook over the last 30 days, you know, and just committing to that one thing until you get traction and you develop like a really good system.</p>



<p>And really the way I like to work is I develop a good system myself and then start making enough money that I can start affording a VA for a couple of hours to take a, you know, um, so then I can then turn my focus on another platform. Facebook or another strategy on, on the site, diversifying all at once.</p>



<p>Like in my, my experience is overwhelming. Um, it&#8217;s hard like to action and see success when I&#8217;m dividing up my brain power and my time with so many different things going on, you know? Yeah. Thank you. Yeah, that I mean the idea of just trying some images, image only pins that what I could do really quickly.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t know why I think it&#8217;s just not like the standard, but maybe because it&#8217;s not the standard they would do well. Yeah, absolutely worth testing for a couple weeks and see how they go and for those kind of pins. If they&#8217;re, say you take one blog post and you can do like 10. Images for that one blog post.</p>



<p>And they&#8217;re pure images. And if they&#8217;re images that a person could save more than one while they&#8217;re on that blog post, then you can publish those more in a shorter amount of time. Um, those always send good signals to, to Pinterest. Okay. Thank you. Have you tried the bulk create on Canva? No, I think this is exactly what you&#8217;re looking for.</p>



<p>If you take a look at the video I just posted, it&#8217;s someone who creates. 50 pins in 15 minutes with a different text using chat GPT and an Excel spreadsheet. So bulk create because I have the paid Canva. Okay. I have not tried this.</p>



<p>Thank you. Yeah. And so just to follow up, Alexa, you said your site was slammed by Google. Um, is that why you&#8217;re updating blog posts? Um, just to try to get it back into Google&#8217;s good graces. So I had two websites. One was, um, Only about two years old. It was just focused on Missouri. That one, like, I mean, I literally like, it went from 45, 000 page views to like seven.</p>



<p>So I, I&#8217;ve pretty much just stopped with that one. And then my other one, literally seven. Yeah, not seven, 7, 000. Okay. 7, 000. But still, like, I mean, it was just like, I just lost all my keywords. My other travel site is, um, more worldwide travel. It&#8217;s been around for like 15 years. So, that one is on Mediavine and I&#8217;m just, I&#8217;m trying to keep that one afloat, um, by trying to update an article a day and then here and there adding a new article.</p>



<p>Yeah. Are you seeing results from updating an article? If you look at it, maybe two, four weeks later, are, are you seeing any changes there? Um, I am. And that&#8217;s where it&#8217;s interesting. Like when I go into Mediavine to see the highest RPM. Because, um, if I do that and then do the pins and throw it to Flipboard and, you know, all the places, I am seeing that tick off a little bit more.</p>



<p>Yeah. Okay. But what about organically? Because you could, you could flip, you could reflip any post without being updated. Right. But you, you can, but from what I understand, Flipboard&#8217;s really like, um, they want fresh content and even, and I&#8217;ve tested it. And even if you. Update a post, like update it, like with new photos and some new text and some new pins and give it a brand new date.</p>



<p>Flipboard still sees your original post date. And so that&#8217;s how they, that&#8217;s the date they, they, and you can see it in Flipboard. Okay, so what happens if you just update the post date? That&#8217;s what I&#8217;m saying. Even if you update the post date, Flipboard still sees the old post date. So I forget the guy&#8217;s name off the top of my head, but there&#8217;s a guy who&#8217;s teaching that flipboard course right now where he&#8217;s got some, um, some app where he, it creates like a new title.</p>



<p>Oh, and like URL structure for it, but it&#8217;s still like links it back to your original post. And, um, and I thought about doing that. I don&#8217;t know. I, I don&#8217;t know anyone who&#8217;s done it. It&#8217;s that Michael or Mike guy, right? He was on Spencer&#8217;s podcast. Oh, is he? Okay. I think so. I think, I think, um, that&#8217;s your talk.</p>



<p>He has like a whole group and stuff, right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Uh, okay. I&#8217;m just asking because, you know, as, as Tony mentioned, you know, it sounds like you&#8217;re working On a lot. Um, you know, it&#8217;s easy for solopreneurs to kind of get, you know, just a little bit of loss in the weeds. And so just prioritization is always good to consider.</p>



<p>Yeah, I mean, I would say the bulk of my time right now is going to the, the Amazon shoppable videos. And I&#8217;m really just kind of trying to keep my website afloat and just bringing, you know, it&#8217;s not what it used to be, but you know, trying to bring in like 1000 a month or something through Mediavine. Yeah.</p>



<p>It&#8217;s worth it to just keep updating posts. And then, um, the Amazon influencer programs going pretty good for me. And that&#8217;s why I kind of doubled down with the Facebook and the YouTube channel, just to see if I could bring in like actual affiliate income outside of the shoppable videos. So yeah, I am spreading myself a little thin, but, um, and so I think that&#8217;s why the whole, like 12 pins a day was like, Oh, like how, wait, you know, how am I going to do that?</p>



<p>So, yeah, just all about prioritization then I guess. And yeah. And how many hours do you want to work a day? Yeah, that too. Um, all right. So, uh, Anders, we&#8217;ll go back to your, yeah, no problem. Uh, I know you didn&#8217;t want to ask it. So, chime in if you&#8217;ve changed your mind. So, Anders asks, How do you get started in the process of choosing or creating a product to sell?</p>



<p>How can you take the first step? Uh, for an affiliate site, that&#8217;s a no brainer, but he runs a sports news site. It is more difficult. Uh, is it more difficult because you actually want to sell a product, or do you feel like it&#8217;s harder for your niche? Uh, Anders, Anders, Anders? Anders? I&#8217;m not sure. Um, so let us know there.</p>



<p>Uh, but also maybe a little related to kind of your question. Spencer just dropped, uh, you know, uh, knowledge about his project about those thin pillows. I don&#8217;t know if you&#8217;ve seen it. Um, you know, he, he basically he likes. And he couldn&#8217;t find any good ones. So he decided to start selling thin pillows. And then, uh, I think it was making like 10 to 15 K a month in profit.</p>



<p>He just sold it for like four 50 K. I haven&#8217;t read it. I really just read like a couple of posts. Um, but you know, that&#8217;s, that&#8217;s a great case study for you. Um, you know, how do you find a product to sell? Uh, so, you know, it&#8217;s. Probably gonna be, come from your expertise, unless like you&#8217;re dropshipping and finding random crap.</p>



<p>Hard to come up with good ideas, would prefer a digital product. Okay, um, yeah, uh, I, if anyone else wants to chime in here, I&#8217;m gonna give nothing but generic advice. That&#8217;s all you ever get, Colin. Uh, I mean, it is, I&#8217;m curious to know if there&#8217;s anyone out there, if there&#8217;s like other sports sites, sports news sites out there that have some sort of digital product that you can learn from, maybe do some research.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s what I would do is just kind of doing some market research and seeing what, uh, whether you call them competitors or not. Maybe they&#8217;re covering different types of sports or in different. market, um, but looking to see what they&#8217;re doing for monetization and what kind of digital products that they may have and.</p>



<p>Swipe those ideas and make it yours, um, rather than like trying to figure out how to reinvent the wheel. Now, if you don&#8217;t see any of these other similar sites as yours, having any sort of digital product, like then honestly, it&#8217;s kind of an uphill battle. Not saying you can&#8217;t make it work. It&#8217;s just going to require a lot of market research with your audience to figure out.</p>



<p>Problem that you could potentially solve digitally. But, um, yeah, you know, asking your audience for sure, uh, can help, um, understanding their biggest challenges. Right. So like. Something that I&#8217;ve seen a lot is an automated email that goes out. If someone subscribes to your newsletter, um, they&#8217;ll get an automated email basically from you, it just says like, you know, Hey, thanks for signing up.</p>



<p>Um, you know, fill me in, like what, what&#8217;s your biggest challenge with and whatever it is that your site&#8217;s about, like keeping up with, you know, the latest sports, um, just trying to identify some of those pain points and start there. Is that question specific to digital products or physical? Uh, I know he asked, the question was, the question he asked was originally about, uh, digital and physical, but it seems like, uh, he clarified in the chat that he&#8217;s a little more keen on digital.</p>



<p>Okay. Yeah, it can be both. I can throw my two cents in there. So I did Amazon FBA a few years ago and I had a good bitter success. Um, uh, and one of my criteria was, uh, how light to ship the product was and everything else went out the window. Like I just needed something super light to ship. And that&#8217;s where my brainstorming actually started.</p>



<p>So I ended up doing tie clips, which is the perfect item. Um, super light, cheap. You can get a bunch of them for cheap. So, um, that&#8217;s my only two cents for physical item, but for, for digital, um, something that, so I&#8217;m, I&#8217;m a skateboarder and one of the things that I like to do is I keep track of like all the [00:31:00] tricks that I&#8217;m doing, how many times have I done them and stuff like that.</p>



<p>So one thing that I would like a digital product that would help me is like a kind of a calendar of when you did the tricks and how often you did them some way to keep track, something like that. So that&#8217;s just my two cents on like what you could do. Uh, in the, in the sports world, yeah, I can apply to like how many swings you made this week or something like that, but make it obviously themed to the specific sport.</p>



<p>That&#8217;s pretty interesting. Uh, I use, I was like a competitive break dancer for like 16 years and I could see how that would be pretty interesting, uh, because we&#8217;ll do a move a thousand times and you know, the first 300 could be pretty brutal. Um, that&#8217;s awesome. Thanks for chiming in. Uh, you&#8217;re in, uh, sorry, how do you pronounce your name?</p>



<p>Is it your rain? Rain. Rain. Yeah, it&#8217;s whatever you want, but it&#8217;s pronounced Jedi. Okay. Uh, I&#8217;m going to struggle with that. You can do whatever you want. It doesn&#8217;t matter to me one bit. I&#8217;ll try my best, man. Um, but, uh, yeah. Is there a chance, like, I think your site&#8217;s pretty much focused on hockey. What about, like, if you have firsthand experience, like, could you do, like, hockey training or something?</p>



<p>Is there a demand for that? Like a hockey, you know, online course or something like hate to bring it back to pickleball, but I know like the two, these two famous pros, they just released like their own online course recently and have like a waiting list. Um, so I don&#8217;t know if that&#8217;s like a route or if you consider that as kind of like a digital product or not, but, um, that could be interesting too.</p>



<p>You could do the reverse marketing technique, which I just made up that term, but the, where you, where you. Advertise it first and then see how many people buy the product, but the product is explicitly not created yet. If you have interest, you can either sign up for it or purchase it. And when it&#8217;s ready, I&#8217;ll give it to you.</p>



<p>You get sales, you make the product, you don&#8217;t get sales, you know, it&#8217;s a don&#8217;t do it. Yeah. Yeah. I&#8217;ve heard, I&#8217;ve heard of that too. Yeah. You&#8217;ll, you&#8217;ll give people like a discount to kind of raise that money. Gage interest, and then, you know, you can decide whether you actually make it or like refund them or something.</p>



<p>Um, so, yeah, and it doesn&#8217;t matter if you, you can play hockey or not. You can always hire and outsource that. Um, but all right. Uh, let me know if you have any other follow up questions there. If not. <p>Okay. Um, but Christina, what is a realistic amount of traffic to a fashion blog from Pinterest when pinning 10 times a day? In writing two to three new posts a week.</p>



<p>If anyone else wants to chime in, um, I can chime in for answer my own question. . Um, so I used to get by, like I had a a, a Pinterest VA who, uh, in the end like didn&#8217;t know what she was doing and take my account, but, um, I was getting about 80. K click throughs a month. Now I&#8217;m down to like 18 So that was kind of at the height of pinterest when I didn&#8217;t know what I was doing be it right so i&#8217;m about 55 through tony&#8217;s course Um, and i&#8217;m gonna be following that and when I finished those those About 10 posts that I have left to do that are not like specific for Pinterest.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m going to really start targeting Pinterest keywords and essentially creating content for Pinterest following Tony, your advice. So I&#8217;m just wondering what kind of, you know, cause back in the day I was, you know, getting half a million click throughs, not from Pinterest, but like, you know, from SEO and, and some from Pinterest, but Pinterest was never like my highest.</p>



<p>Um, I&#8217;m just kind of just, uh, A rough idea of how much like I&#8217;m hoping like at least 100k click throughs. I think that&#8217;s possible Um be it like one of so I have two blogs one&#8217;s new one&#8217;s old The old one is the one that got killed by hcu Actually alexa&#8217;s story is very similar to mine just that she&#8217;s in the travel niche And um, yeah, so I have like about 500 articles also on that one that I can, you know, I&#8217;ve been pinning my old stuff as well.</p>



<p>Um, but yeah, I&#8217;m just, and then I have a new one with just 50 new articles on it. But I think between the two of them, I&#8217;m gonna be doing 10 and 10. I do have two different Pinterest accounts. So I&#8217;m just curious, like, especially for the older one, like, do you think I can get up, like, in your experience, especially, well, since Tony&#8217;s here, what do you think?</p>



<p>Also that my content, I&#8217;m not grabbing it from other places. I&#8217;m too scared of copyright, uh, problems. So I create all my own content. Like, it&#8217;s me and outfits, me and shoes, or I create collages. So I, I would love to, you know, post 10 new posts a day, no not a day, well a day would be great, but a week, but I can&#8217;t, like that&#8217;s just not realistic for me.</p>



<p>Oh, so that&#8217;s 10 a week, not 10 a day? Oh no, no, I would love to be doing 10 a week. No, I&#8217;m going to be posting about, I&#8217;m going to try 2 to 3. Probably per blog, depending on how it goes, but I might go all in on my shoe. It&#8217;s a shoe specific blog, which is my older one. And I think I might be focusing on that one because it is, uh, you know, I have Mediavine ads on that one and I know the RPMs are very high on Pinterest, which is why I&#8217;m going all out on this.</p>



<p>And it&#8217;s something I&#8217;m familiar with, obviously not as familiar as I thought after going through your course, but, uh, it&#8217;s, uh, you know, it&#8217;s not something completely different. So I figured I would go that route. But yeah, I&#8217;m just curious, realistically, what kind of traffic I could get. Because it&#8217;s very sad going from a certain amount to I don&#8217;t even know.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t even look at my Mediavine dashboard anymore. Well, that is sad. Um, well, I&#8217;m not in that particular niche and I don&#8217;t know anyone in that particular one, so I can&#8217;t confidently say how much you could get, but if you got 80, 000 a month at one point in time from Pinterest, uh, I&#8217;m pretty sure you can get back to that amount.</p>



<p>I&#8217;m assuming that, well, do you see a lot of AI content in your particular niche these days on Pinterest? Not really. I see one other shoe blog who used to be competitors. Now Google has killed us. So we compete against no one. Um, but, uh, they, they are trying, but it&#8217;s, I don&#8217;t think it works. The top pins are always almost always, you know, well, in my niche, it&#8217;s women, uh, women wearing outfits essentially.</p>



<p>Um, it&#8217;s not like real women, not AI generated because it&#8217;s the hardest to put together. Yeah, for sure. And then it&#8217;s disappointing for people when if it&#8217;s AI created, then there are no like actual products that are being referenced in the real world and those AI images, you know, and so then people don&#8217;t know where to get them.</p>



<p>So you&#8217;ve got a great advantage there. Um, now it&#8217;s just a matter of, you know, Knowing your biggest keywords and topics. So if you go to Pinterest trends, do you see some of your biggest keywords listed on there without having like under your category? And I&#8217;m some of the top pins as well. Cool. Yeah. Um, I would consider just continue to double down on, on those top keywords and then, you know, working your way down through, um, all of your more niche, like long tail keywords.</p>



<p>Are you checking where you&#8217;re ranking when logged out of Pinterest? Yes. I&#8217;m doing the, yeah, I&#8217;m logging all on, I&#8217;m using like another browser where I&#8217;m not logged in. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, cool. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if, and if you&#8217;re not seeing a ton of competition into your space. This would be a good one to double down on, in my opinion.</p>



<p>Um, but if you can find a way to pin more AI, like there are a lot of people though, like I think, uh, you, you taught a bit to, you know, getting images from other people, um, which is fine if you&#8217;re just like, you know, embedding pins into your posts or embedding Instagram posts or whatnot. I don&#8217;t even know if you can do that anymore.</p>



<p>But, um, the thing is, a lot of people are pinning those. images that aren&#8217;t theirs. And I know I could go that route, but I don&#8217;t want to because the problems will outweigh, I think the, like, I don&#8217;t want to get sued. And people in that space do sue, especially like photographers. They&#8217;re photographers specifically. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah. They&#8217;re definitely niches that you just don&#8217;t want to do that. And, and others where everyone benefits from it, it&#8217;s just so niche dependent.</p>



<p>So you&#8217;re on the right route, but yeah, it&#8217;s getting to, you know, five to 10 a day would be great for you. Um, you just need to be more strategic and like which keywords you&#8217;re going after and you know, what, uh, interests, you know, annotations you&#8217;re using, be strategic with that and just kind of leveraging your time a little bit better.</p>



<p>Yeah, and I did find a way to, like, I didn&#8217;t realize you could throw pins into the native schedule on Pinterest, and it just saves them without putting all the information in, so now what I&#8217;m doing, if I have a post, um, you know, with separate outfits, you know, featuring, like, a specific item, and I&#8217;ll have ten visuals, I&#8217;ll just throw in all the visuals, and then just put in the same, you know, titles, uh, descriptions, and then slightly alter them, um, to fit whatever is in that exact post.</p>



<p>So for example, if I have, you know, 10 ways to wear a leopard skirt, I will, you know, if one has like a red t shirt, I&#8217;ll specify red t shirt, but the keywords are all there. I gotcha. Yeah, that&#8217;s an interesting idea. That makes sense, makes it all unique, and doesn&#8217;t take too much time to make those tweaks.</p>



<p>Yeah. And as you said, like, if they&#8217;re different enough that people are going to pin different ones, cause there are separate outfits. Yes. It might have the same base product, but they are separate outfits. And if someone&#8217;s interested in styling something, they&#8217;re not going to just want to style it one way, especially if they own the product.</p>



<p>Right. Right. And that way they can also save the pin more than one pin at one time from a single blog post that you&#8217;re doing. Yeah. Cause yeah, I was reading that in the course. So like if I&#8217;m pinning everything to let&#8217;s say the board specific about leopard print. skirts, right? And then I can pin to boards that are just about leopard print outfits, which are, these are all keywords, by the way, I found.</p>



<p>Um, and that&#8217;s okay at the same time, or should I, cause you also talk about creating specific pins for specific boards. Right. So I&#8217;m like flipping, I&#8217;m literally flipping the image. Because it doesn&#8217;t matter like unless there&#8217;s a logo or something and then I&#8217;ll flip it back and that that creates a secondary pin that I could put different keywords slightly to put it like the keywords, um, focus more on that different board.</p>



<p>Am I getting that right for what you said? Yeah, I mean that that works. Are you putting text on these pins on the actual image? Uh, not these ones. Uh, right now these are like flat lays. They&#8217;re not actually me, um, in them, um, because I didn&#8217;t have time to take pictures, so I just put them together. And these, those seem to be doing better than actually the images of myself in the clothes, which is interesting, because it&#8217;ll take less time too, but.</p>



<p>Okay, that sounds like a nice little win there. Yeah, we&#8217;ll see. But thank you. Yeah, I was, uh, just wondering, You know, if it&#8217;s realistic, cause I think so. If Pinterest was bringing me traffic, it&#8217;s going to eventually bring me traffic and I hope, unless it like, you know, does a Google. Yeah. Right. Yeah. I mean, you know, they continue to get more and more monthly active users on the platform.</p>



<p>And what they&#8217;re saying, they&#8217;re getting a lot of Gen Z, um, on there. And so I don&#8217;t know if you&#8217;re targeting like all the different generations, but. Yeah, I am. It&#8217;s, it&#8217;s just general shoe advice. Yeah, I guess I could double down and also on, you know, she used to wear with a red dress. She used to wear the red dress, you know, for under whatever, or for over 40.</p>



<p>Because you&#8217;re saying, of course, to like build another post specific to a demographic. And you can even do that with like holidays and events. Yeah, exactly. You know, that&#8217;s like the same thing, same content. Um, you just angle it a little bit differently. So I just copy and paste it. And I guess I could ask GPT to just play it in a certain direction.</p>



<p>Like for Christmas. Yeah, I know someone who does that. They take the same exact blog posts. That&#8217;s more of a generic one. Copy paste into a new one, add in Christmas to the title, and they get tons of traffic to that for Christmas. Yeah, I&#8217;m thinking of doing that process. Okay, exactly. And because Google hates my site anyways, and it&#8217;s never going to recoup, like, who am I kidding?</p>



<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter. I&#8217;m not even going to de index it. I&#8217;m just going to leave it up.</p>



<p>One thing about, you mentioned your concern about lawsuits, very fair and valid concern and it does happen. One thing I wanted to mention if no one knew is that you have to watch out for fake law firms claiming that you take you took or use their copyright images. It&#8217;s a real thing. It&#8217;s a black cat way of getting backlinks and potentially even, you know, get your money if you&#8217;re not too savvy.</p>



<p>So watch out for any law firms that say you&#8217;re using their images. Oh yeah, there are also legitimate ones that have tried to come after me for stuff I, like, I mean, I started my blog 15 years ago, so, you know, things have changed, right, and I&#8217;ve had, like, what is it, CopyTrack and all of those people, um, you know, I just delete whatever they&#8217;re saying that I, I took, and, I mean, sort of my black hat way of doing it, but I ignore them, and if they want, they can come find my name and address in Canada and sue me here, because they would have to take me to court where I reside, I believe, so, there are a lot, and it&#8217;s getting worse.</p>



<p>Yeah, I&#8217;ve had a number of those emails as well. I&#8217;ve taken the exact same approach. I just remove and then don&#8217;t respond. And I&#8217;ve personally never, uh, had any like further issues after that. So you said that you remove, do you know if there was a fake company or real images that you did actually use without permission?</p>



<p>So there was, I think, one time that there was an image that I used, um, from a street style photographer, um, of a celebrity many, many years ago, and I just deleted it, and, you know, they, I haven&#8217;t received any letters. This was like, Geez, many, many, many years ago now. The other ones are all fake. Okay. How&#8217;d you know they&#8217;re fake?</p>



<p>Cause what I would do is, you know, I look up the URL. I look at the way back machine. I look at every single thing that I know how to do to investigate and it always comes out fake. But what did you do? How did you know? I just knew it was fake because they were all images that I took. Right. And I also only the only images on any property and any of my websites that I use are from Canva or, or one of those free sites or, uh, Dolly.</p>



<p>So I immediately know that it&#8217;s fake if I get one, but yeah. Yeah. Or, uh, I use retailer images too, because I&#8217;m affiliates for them. So I know they&#8217;re not going to come after me. Um, and I know someone is not going to come after me for using a retailer images. That&#8217;s everywhere. Um, and even if they did, again, come find me in Canada, that&#8217;s fine.</p>



<p>We&#8217;ll settle it after. Sorry, I misspoke. I meant to say unsplash when I said Canva there. Okay, yeah, because Canva, watch out, because they&#8217;ve changed a few things there, too. People have been getting those, like, lawsuit, kind of, letters, or emails, rather. About Canva images. Oh, so you&#8217;re, if you use Canva images, you&#8217;re at risk as well?</p>



<p>Yeah, something has changed. Like, I don&#8217;t know the fine print of it, but I know to be cautious with even if you pay for Canva. Um, but it&#8217;s, you know, you haven&#8217;t changed in and off or this and off and Okay, that&#8217;s, uh Hi, graphic designer here. I can speak on the Canva issue. So, the problem with Canva, and we&#8217;re not even, like, I honestly, I hate Canva as a graphic designer, but a lot of my clients will use it for, like, mock ups and stuff.</p>



<p>And the problem with that is that they&#8217;ll be like, Oh, just use this picture for my camera mock up in your design. Well, guess what? You only have that license through Canva explicitly, and a lot of people are doing that. And so they&#8217;re cracking down now on the pictures from Canva because most people are misusing them.</p>



<p>Just because you subscribe to Canva doesn&#8217;t mean you can use that picture, like, everywhere. You can only use it for a very, very, very specific purpose. So I think it&#8217;s kind of why they&#8217;re really, really cracking down. I mean, Honestly, y&#8217;all, like I, I pay for everything. I&#8217;ve only just started like using the paid mid journey, but like before that I either take all my own pictures or pay for everything on stock.</p>



<p>Like, I don&#8217;t like, I have really not missed around until like a week ago. So like if somebody approaches me with a copyright, I basically tell them to go suck on an egg.</p>

<p>All right. So no more questions. I&#8217;ll go into mastermind groups. We only have a couple of minutes. I think more people will be interested in that. So this is like &nbsp;our 2. 0, right? We&#8217;re changing it up how it&#8217;s done. Um, we&#8217;re not going to say this is necessarily like our final form or that everything is set in stone because Spencer and I both have been like, let&#8217;s just launch and then, you know, try to figure it out.</p>



<p>Um, you know, I don&#8217;t think there&#8217;s, it&#8217;s ever going to be perfect. Basically, we&#8217;re going to be putting people in much larger groups of, you know, maybe 15 to 20 people for each interest. So, there&#8217;s potentially multiple groups with the same interest. Um, we&#8217;re going to do our best to take into account time zones as well.</p>



<p>I know that&#8217;s really big. A lot of us are here in the US, but a lot of people aren&#8217;t. They&#8217;re, uh, you know, closer to like GMT. So that is a potential problem and something that we&#8217;re going to figure out based off of how we group people. And we&#8217;re just going to have to see what those results look like. Um, but you know, if you fill in the form, we&#8217;re going to, we&#8217;re going to add you to every, uh, interest based mastermind that you express interest in.</p>



<p>Um, if people don&#8217;t fill in the form, we&#8217;re just going to put you in ones based off of your initial, like member form, that very first one you did when you signed up. Um, so that&#8217;s only if you did not respond to that. Um, that said, we are going to publish. I&#8217;m, I, Spencer, Samara, and I will each join the first, uh, meeting for every single group.</p>



<p>That is to help set a date and time, a consistent date and time, kind of get the ball rolling, see who attends. And then we&#8217;re going to assign, kind of like a group leader, um, so that we have one point of contact for each group. Uh, I know we had that before. I wasn&#8217;t quite as involved. It was hard to manage like 25 groups at one time.</p>



<p>That was like constantly changing. Um, this 1 is going to be, I think, a little easier with with bigger groups. Um, and we know people are showing up there. They&#8217;re more interested. Um, and so we&#8217;re going to put. Every single, uh, meeting for every single, uh, interest based mastermind on the calendar, you will receive calendar invites.</p>



<p>If you are part of that mastermind, but if you&#8217;re not part of a mastermind, you&#8217;ll still see it in the calendar. You can still join. Um, you could, I guess you could be requested to be added on as well. So, you know, if you&#8217;re not part of, uh. The SAS mastermind in the beginning. And you&#8217;re like, well, I got, I got an hour, let&#8217;s just join this.</p>



<p>You know, you could, you could do that. And you can say, Hey, Colin, just can you add me to this invite? I just want to make sure I know this, like moving forward. Um, so that way, you know, you kind of have your, your mastermind based off of your interests. You can go and look at others. Um, one potential thing around the time zone is, you know, we might just.</p>



<p>Create like two meetings a month for that niche and one of them is kind of like more U. S. friendly and the other is more like GMT friendly We&#8217;re exploring that. I did get an email asking if we would do</p>



<p>Any mastermind by niche. So, you know, someone asked me, Hey, you know, I, I run a travel site. What do you think of, of a travel mastermind? Uh, personally, I love the idea. Um, and I have to talk and think about how that will fit in with this specifically. Um, I don&#8217;t. Even if it doesn&#8217;t fit in with, like, necessarily niche based, I don&#8217;t mind, like, helping to get the ball rolling there.</p>



<p>Um, but of course, with our different channels in the Discord, you know, you know, the people who are responding are probably, potentially interested in joining a mastermind, or they&#8217;re more interested in the topic. So, you know, you could always start your own masterminds, um, as well. If people opt in, they&#8217;re probably going to be You know, more likely to be engaged than the people who fill out the form, which has had, you know, uh, like I mentioned before, you know, varying levels of success.</p>



<p>So, you know, we do want these masterminds to succeed. That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re changing this up a little bit. You are welcome to have your own and, you know, officially now, you know, everyone is, or most of the people who, um, except maybe one, everyone who joined in the last week has a mastermind where you&#8217;re like, Oh, you&#8217;re, you&#8217;re in mastermind six, you&#8217;re in mastermind 20, whatever.</p>



<p>Yeah. Yeah, those are no longer officially supported. If you got along with the group, you found it helpful, I do encourage you all to keep, you know, using email, discord, or having your weekly calls. Um, because I do think that how we&#8217;re doing these niche based masterminds, it&#8217;s, it&#8217;s not perfect. Um, you&#8217;re, you&#8217;re talking, you&#8217;re going to talk about a specific subject.</p>



<p>I don&#8217;t know how much detail you&#8217;ll go into, like, Your own site and give context and knowledge around that like you might talk about seo But I don&#8217;t know and this is kind of for y&#8217;all to decide we&#8217;re joining like how how deep you&#8217;ll go Whereas I feel like the masterminds we&#8217;ve had so far you are talking more about like your business Um and leading with the self as opposed to leading with an interest I&#8217;d like for that to get there.</p>



<p>Um But we&#8217;re just not sure how we pan out our biggest thing that we wanted to You Solve with this is participation. Um, and so, you know, you can have a group of like even seven or eight people. We might get one or two emails, uh, from that group over the course of maybe since it&#8217;s formation. So that&#8217;s the thing we&#8217;re trying out.</p>



<p>We&#8217;re building up even larger groups, trying to gauge participation with the leader. If we need to split up the groups, because like, maybe like one group is kicking ass and there&#8217;s like 12 people consistently joining. That&#8217;s. That group is way too successful. Um, that&#8217;s a success I&#8217;d love to see, but it&#8217;s hard to talk to 11 other people over the course of an hour.</p>



<p>So in that case, we might split it up. Um, you know, we&#8217;ll take into everyone&#8217;s feedback. Um, but that&#8217;s kind of the route we are taking so far. Um, but again, we&#8217;re going to be looking at the numbers closely, taking feedback, and trying to iterate and improve on this process as much as possible. Um, with that said, does anyone have any questions, concerns?</p>
