Hi Kyle Gordon here, for more than 40 years I have been an IT Professional supporting all levels of IT infrastructure. In 1985, I flipped my first property on the side for a cool 46K in profit. Since that first property I have flipped more than 10 additional properties on the side. Some were a great successes and others were great learning experiences but not as successful from a financial point of view. Over the years I have really loved working in the IT business. In the early 2000's I patented and brought a product to market with a friend where we setup our S-Corp. To date we've sold about $300,000 worth of that product. Over the last few years I have been very interested in the online businesses and have started running and building a few affiliate and ad based websites.
